The services are exclusively intended for optimizing the productivity of technical teams in dynamic organizations.

2. User Rights and Obligations

Users are obliged to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and to use the content solely for professional purposes. Any abusive use will result in the suspension of access.

3. Liability of the Parties

Williamscrew does not guarantee specific results regarding team productivity but offers verified tools and methodologies. Our liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

4. Limitations and Conditions of Use

Access to educational modules is permitted only to registered users with an active subscription. Redistribution, resale, or copying of content without written consent is prohibited. We reserve the right to modify prices and content with 30 days prior notice.

5. Termination of Use

The user may request account deletion at any time, and Williamscrew may suspend access in case of breach of terms. After termination, confidentiality obligations and liability limitations remain in effect.

6. Modification of Conditions

This document may be updated periodically. Users will be notified by email 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
